The Image Gallery
It has, in the past, come to my attention that there was a glitch in downloading some of these files; I have replaced all the ones I found to be wonky, but if you find more, please tell me so I can take care of it.
Now, I emphasize that this is a small gallery, just a few odds and ends. Most of these are either pictures often referred to or things I have edited. The only significant part is the Special Collection of LD covers (many thanks to Glen-san and Co.). If you want a wide selection, I recommend a few good ones at the bottom the the Main discussion page.
As with most image galleries, these itsy bitsy thumbnails are linked to the full-size images, so just click on the ones you want to see. Since they're so teeny, I have included text descriptions to aid the decision process. These pictures will show up in new windows.

Reference and Faves

This is that artbook picture of the Inners paired off with the generals.
It wasn't an inkling Takeuchi did anything explicit with, but it does add
something to the first manga plot arc to keep this in mind. It doesn't
make any sense at all in terms of the anime, though, (for instance, Kay points
out that manga Venus and Kunzite almost have to be paired, as they are the
leaders of their respective quartets, but that isn't nearly as much the case
in the anime) so I don't recommend applying it there. Personally, though,
I would definitely pay money to see Mars and Jadite as a couple.

A rather heated image of Usagi and Mamoru on the floor; this is the one usually
pointed out as evidence that they are, in fact, lovers, at least in the manga
(I tend to agree, and for the anime too; otherwise, why is she blushing so
hard when Minako teases her about how well Usagi knows the layout of Mamoru's
bedroom in Episode 148?).

A very cute, not to say humorous, one of Seiya blushing; the Princess has
just asked that ambiguous question about his "appearance" on Earth that is
generally interpreted as an inquiry as to why the Lights are male, not female,
in civvies. Great expression.

A truly lovely picture of Usagi and Mamoru; this one strikes me as more...real
than most of the others in any medium. One of my favorites.

Another really lovely one of Serenity and Endymion; again, some very elegant
detailing. Another favorite.

This used to be what I used for the nav frame background. It came out very
nicely if I do say so myself, so I thought I'd include it here.

I designed this as a sidebar picture; it isn't perfectly seamless, but it's
reasonably close.

This one I've never used anywhere, but it came out well enough that I'm putting
it in for anyone who might like to have the Serenity-chalice without Dimando.

This was another background picture that I 'folded up' from a wider version.
The Special Collection
This is the collection of all the LD covers of ALL the seasons. I had such a frustrating time getting ahold of the Season One and Two covers (because Glen-san does not link the scans page to his tapes pages) that I decided to put the whole set on my own page to facilitate such searches by others who may wish to print their own tape-case (or dvd case) covers. Due to the large number of these, I'm just linking them by text rather than thumbnail. I hope my descriptions are evocative and helpful.
